About Us

Situated in the pretty market town of Henley-in-Arden, just outside of Stratford upon Avon & Birmingham lies the Bluebell freehold pub and restaurant. Passionately run by chef/owner Joe Adams, the Bluebell welcomes both drinkers and diners alike. The cosy country feel of the place will instantly make you feel at home with the added luxury of a casual yet personal service from Jonny and his team.

Heading up the kitchen is chef owner Joe who has trained under michlin winner andy waters at edmunds resturant in henley in arden and later on with simon malin who was a head chef at the bluebell over 5 years ago, He then became head chef at the fuzzy duck in armscote working a longside baylis and harding where he got them in to the michlin guide and good food guide, Joe aims to deliver classic modern techniques whilst turning raw ingredents in to somthing special whilst using local and seasonal produce as possible, one way he likes to achive this by going to the market him self.

His sous chef Tom has gathered simaler experiance working with Glynn Purnell and the gerkin in london, Tom has some serious passion for produce and the art of plating.

With regards to the wine list, there is a good selection of both new and old world. Ranging from a young, fresh Brazilian Pinot Grigio/Reisling blend to a more complex, seductive Burgundian Pouilly Fuisse, you're sure to find something to suit both your palette and your budget.

Joe is proud of his suppliers all being the highest of quailty and all have the abilaty to source the best quailty possable, Serving Tuesday through to Sunday lunch, a full a La Carte menu is offered daily alongside a weekly changing lunch menu also Afternoon teas.
